HOW TO QUALIFY FOR SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY BENEFITS

How To Qualify: Industries

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR SOCIAL SECURITY?

To be found disabled, Social Security must agree your condition significantly limits your ability to do basic work such as lifting, standing, walking, sitting, and remembering for at least 12 months. You must also be found unable to do your previous work and that your medical condition prevents you from being able to adjust to other work that would amount to at least an average of $1,180 per month in earnings.

Your treating history, medical source statements, testimony and our expertise will provide Social Security the information needed to find you eligible for benefits.

RECEIVE YOUR BENEFITS

If you are suffering from physical or mental health condition, or a combination thereof, and cannot work, contact us for a free consultation to determine if you are eligible for benefits.

You don’t need to file your application first. We will evaluate your case at any level to ensure that your claim for disability includes supportive medical evidence. We will work directly with your doctors. In addition, we will file all appeals, complete SSA paperwork, and communicate directly with SSA on your behalf.
